Bren is a STOTT trained pilates instructor specializing in pre and post natal pilates. She teaches individual and group mat and reformer programs and draws from her background in dance and comedy to create a fun yet challenging workout. Bren is excited to introduce the Pilates practice to anyone looking to build a stronger, happier body inside and out.
