Carissa Ashly

Carissa is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor. She was first introduced to Pilates while completing a BFA in Dance at the University of Minnesota. Merging the knowledge she gained from studying dance, anatomy, and various other movement and healing methods in college with the practice of STOTT pilates, Carissa takes an integrative approach to teaching.

She is equipped to train all demographics and is committed to individuals achieving their goals. She empowers her clients to gain a deeper understanding and awareness of their body and how it functions as an integrated system. Her goal is that you discover both power and peace in your body.

Jaime Rutt

Jaime is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor, an owner of Hells Belles Burlesque, and the creator of Body Bombshell Fitness.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, she has seen how pilates completely changes peoples lives. Their posture improves, their bodies transform, and before you know it, their confidence is soaring!

Jaime’s teaching style is a combination of unique physicality, creative spirit and fun! She loves to share her insights while transforming your body. Sign up and get ready to sweat!

Sara Dao

Sara Dao discovered her passion for Pilates while rehabilitating a knee injury. Through Pilates, she watched her body transform - growing stronger, improving her posture, reducing her stress, and most importantly finding relief from chronic pain. She understands first hand how Pilates and the knowledge of correct biomechanics can change a person's life.

Sara's love of health and wellness led her to leave an established career in non-profit fundraising and pursue a new path to become a full time Pilates instructor. She chose STOTT PILATES® because of it's anatomical and research-based approach, which applies modern exercise principles to the original work of Joseph Pilates.

Sara is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor. She is Level 2 Advanced trained in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. She has had additional education in Injuries and Special Populations enabling her to work with all types of clients from pre- and post-natal and older populations to joint replacements, cancer rehabilitations, and spinal injuries.

Sara is passionate about Pilates and her goal to help clients feel better inside and out.

Sarah Mann

Sarah Mann has been dancing since the age of 10. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Chapman University. While at Chapman, she discovered her love for Pilates, while rehabilitating her back. After college she went on to receive a Pilates Certification from Body Arts and Science International with a Dance Specialization. She went on to become a certified DaVinci Body Board Master Teacher and Trainer and a certified Core Lotus Instructor. Sarah currently teaches Pilates throughout the San Fernando Valley. She can also be found teaching Pilates on The Dance App and teaching Core Lotus online. She enjoys sharing her passion for fitness and movement with her clients, while challenging them to find a stronger, more-connected self.
Personal Pilates most popular class! A total body workout that strengthens muscles and creates long, lean lines. The reformer’s adaptable spring resistance allows for modifications to create the perfect workout for every level. All levels welcome. Prenatal clients must have studio’s approval to enroll.
