After switching to a career in animation and working in a more sedentary environment, she was reminded of the importance of finding ways to remain active to combat the effects of a stationary lifestyle. Alyssa views Pilates as the, “Long term thinking exercise”, teaching our bodies how to function and age in the best way possible. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with as many people as she can; from elite athletes, to those new to any sort of movement and exercise. Alyssa is fully certified in STOTT PILATES® levels 1 and 2, with additional education in Injuries and Special Populations.
