Victoria Smith
Victoria was introduced to the Stott pilates method while working in accounting at a fitness club. She first saw the value pilates had in improving strength and flexibility for individuals from all backgrounds and athletic abilities. Victoria grew up playing tennis and continues to enjoy the sport, however she realized that so many of her teammates were getting injured due to muscle imbalance or improper movement techniques. She believes that Pilates can help you enjoy the things you love to do with less risk of injury as well as accelerate rehabilitation after an injury. She is excited to help her clients meet their health and fitness goals.
Victoria completed her training at the renowned John Garey Pilates Studio in Long Beach, California.
