Sandy Comstock

Sandy completed a 500hr certified YTT at the beloved Yoga Blend studio in Burbank, where she taught for 7 years. She is dedicated to teaching Yoga (with a big Y), layering in traditional yoga philosophy and mindful presence with a playful, challenging physical practice. When it comes to meditation, Sandy wholeheartedly believes that anyone can meditate – she even wrote a book on it! Her guided journeys will instill relaxation, give you clarity, or even allow for a well-needed nap.
