Hannah Pink

Hannah Pink is a certified Pilates instructor through Integrated Movement and Wellness (formerly Long Beach Dance Conditioning). Being raised by a Pilates master teacher, the importance of movement has always been at the forefront of her life. She is also a professional dancer having worked in music videos, live stage performances, and TV/film.

Her passion for Pilates is focused on educating clients on breath pattern, anatomy, and optimal movement patterns. The ability to collaborate with physiotherapists when needed allows Hannah to provide the most integrated experience for her clients.

From rehabilitation to fitness, Hannah uses her knowledge of the mind, body, and spirit connection in dance and Pilates to help her clients reach their goals for excellent health and movement.

  • Personal Pilates' most popular class! A total body workout that strengthens muscles and creates long, lean lines. The reformer's adaptable spring resistance allows for modifications to create the perfect workout. This class is open to all levels with previous Pilates experience.

  • Join us on Fridays to move seamlessly from one exercise to the next in our Reformer Flow class. We will challenge your mind and your body and you will leave class feeling reset and ready for the weekend.
