Kristin Campbell-Taylor

Kristin has been a dancer and movement instructor for over 30 years. She is a formally trained dancer and certified Stott Pilates barre teacher. Her classes focus on technique, body alignment and the joy of movement and are a nice blend of hard work and working up a sweat all while having a great time!
Total Barre® integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training. With the support of a ballet barre, you will be lead through a flow of high-powered sequences that will keep you energized and motivated.
