Kristin Campbell-Taylor

Kristin has been a dancer and movement instructor for over 30 years. She is a formally trained dancer and certified Stott Pilates barre teacher. Her classes focus on technique, body alignment and the joy of movement and are a nice blend of hard work and working up a sweat all while having a great time!


Kristin Campbell-Taylor instructs the following:
  • Barre Class
  • Total Barre® integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training. With the support of a ballet barre, you will be lead through a flow of high-powered sequences that will keep you energized and motivated. 

  • Mini-Tramp (All Levels)
  • Heart pumping cardio, punctuated with short intervals of strength work, make for the ultimate class! This high intensity, low impact workout uses our Jumpsport® Fitness Trampolines, which use elastic cords and provide the perfect amount of resistance. Leave class feeling energized and inspired for the day ahead! We require clients be injury free.
