Scotty Owen


Originally from Australia, Scotty trained in 1994 as a classical Pilates studio instructor to both complement dance fitness and injury prevention, whilst studying full-time dance at The Australian Ballet School. During a 15-year career in West End musical theatre, he continued to teach Pilates, dance and group fitness internationally. Scotty retrained in the STOTT Pilates method in 2005 to full certification.

Scotty enjoys teaching all levels of fitness and ability. He is also athletic conditioning specialty track certified through STOTT Pilates and loves infusing 25+ years of experience into challenging and fun exercise variations incorporating both classical, contemporary and progressive Pilates.

  • Reformer (All Levels)
  • Personal Pilates' most popular class! A total body workout that strengthens muscles and creates long, lean lines. The reformer's adaptable spring resistance allows for modifications to create the perfect workout. This class is open to all levels with previous Pilates experience.

  • Reformer Fitness (Level 2)
  • Fitness is more fun on a reformer!!!
    This class is for clients with previous reformer experience. This is a level 2 class. Clients must be injury free and ready to work!
