Originally from Australia, Scotty trained in 1994 as a classical Pilates studio instructor to both complement dance fitness and injury prevention, whilst studying full-time dance at The Australian Ballet School. During a 15-year career in West End musical theatre, he continued to teach Pilates, dance and group fitness internationally. Scotty retrained in the STOTT Pilates method in 2005 to full certification.
Scotty enjoys teaching all levels of fitness and ability. He is also athletic conditioning specialty track certified through STOTT Pilates and loves infusing 25+ years of experience into challenging and fun exercise variations incorporating both classical, contemporary and progressive Pilates.
Her passion for Pilates is focused on educating clients on breath pattern, anatomy, and optimal movement patterns. The ability to collaborate with physiotherapists when needed allows Hannah to provide the most integrated experience for her clients.
From rehabilitation to fitness, Hannah uses her knowledge of the mind, body, and spirit connection in dance and Pilates to help her clients reach their goals for excellent health and movement.
