Chris Bashen
Chris earned his STOTT certification while in the great city of Chicago. He also holds a degree in Theatre from Shenandoah University, and has extensive experience in the Performance Capture world. Chris uses his mixture of performance and healthy movement to promote fun classes and mind body awareness in his one on one sessions. Conversely, Chris uses his own Pilates practice to create characters and creatures in the video game world (and to keep himself healthy and injury free!)
Chris holds a STOTT Pilates Level 1 Certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.

Reformer (All Levels)
Personal Pilates' most popular class! A total body workout that strengthens muscles and creates long, lean lines. The reformer's adaptable spring resistance allows for modifications to create the perfect workout. This class is open to all levels with previous Pilates experience.

Reformer Fitness (All Levels)
Fitness is more fun on a reformer!!!

Cardio Reformer (All Levels)
Take your reformer workout to the next level with this high intensity, low impact class! jumpboards are added to the reformer, packing a cardio punch with jumping intervals mixed with traditional reformer exercises. Previous reformer experience is required.

Pure Pilates (Level 2)
A traditional Pilates workout using the reformer. This class will reconnect you with your mind and body using the exercises and technique originated by Joseph Pilates. This is a level 2 class. Please arrive injury free and ready to work!
