Katy Weprin
My name is Katy Jean Weprin and I’m a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher trained through Balanced Body with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science). I’ve been teaching Pilates over 8 years and I work with people who have a wide range of fitness and health goals. However, I’m most specialized in working with people living with physical pain and limited range of motion. I use Pilates movement principles to help those with spine and joint issues and those needing physical rehabilitation to strengthen, stretch, realign, and balance your whole body for pain-free living. My ultimate goal is for you to feel stronger, realigned, and balanced so you can start moving, and living your life, pain-free. If you see me subbing a class- watch out- because it'll be fun and challenging! On my days off you can find me in the mountains trail running with lots of friends. I've grown widely passionate about running, and I'll geek out if you want to chat about it too!
Katy Weprin instructs the following:
-
Reformer (All Levels)
Personal Pilates' most popular class! A total body workout that strengthens muscles and creates long, lean lines. The reformer's adaptable spring resistance allows for modifications to create the perfect workout. This class is open to all levels with previous Pilates experience.

Prenatal / Mommy & Me
This gentle, supportive class is designed for expecting and new moms alike—whether you’re preparing for baby or bringing baby along. Each session incorporates props, standing work at the barre, and core-safe movement with minimal time spent on your back in the mat. If you’re bringing your little one, we’ll provide time and space for tummy time—just bring a blanket, a few toys, and a baby wearing carrier during standing exercises. Rebuild strength, support your changing body, and connect with other local mamas in a welcoming, nurturing environment.
