Nikki Neufeld

Nikki has been enthusiastically teaching movement for many years including: STOTT pilates, cardio tramp, mini tramp, aerobics, and step aerobics. Her passion for mind-body awareness and its intersection with health fuels her passion for teaching movement and helping people achieve their goals, leading healthier and happier lives. By considering the whole person (body-mind-spirit), she cultivates a customized experience that helps people build movement skills, feel safe, and become more aware and comfortable with their bodies in movement. She enjoys teaching groups or 1-on-1 sessions, and she has taught both domestically and internationally in China and Spain.

  • Fine tune your Pilates practice with this review of the basics. This class will cover how to coordinate breath with movement while focusing on technique, pace and the foundational concepts of Pilates.

  • Take your reformer workout to the next level with this high intensity, low impact class! jumpboards are added to the reformer, packing a cardio punch with jumping intervals mixed with traditional reformer exercises. Previous reformer experience is required.

  • Reformer (All Levels)
  • Personal Pilates' most popular class! A total body workout that strengthens muscles and creates long, lean lines. The reformer's adaptable spring resistance allows for modifications to create the perfect workout. This class is open to all levels with previous Pilates experience.
